  1. Insured delivery to our service & calibration centre via your local DPD Shop location
  2. The Analysers will be inspected fully for any faults, if any parts are required to be fixed or replaced this may occur an additional fee we will always contact you before any repair takes place. (Quote will be given via email address or phone number supplied). 
  3. Full clean and change of internal and external filter (If probe is also sent with Analysers)
  4. Free upgrade to the latest firmware. 
  5. Return delivery back to home or Business location. 

**If faults found to be a warranty claim the any fees paid maybe credited**

How to return your Analyser to us for a Service :

  1. Select Service only  
  2. Select DPD QR code 
  3. Add your email address and Checkout 
  4. Receive your FREE Return QR code by email 
  5. Place your equipment (Analyser and Probe) into a suitable box and secure
  6. Take the box to your DPD shop location 
  7. Show your QR code at the DPD shop location
  8. We will do the rest, you will receive your equipment back within 3 working days*

  • UK addresses excludes NI due to increased delivery charges
